Every item sold by Bridge City Soles is 100% authenticated. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. If you believe an item you purchased is not authentic, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence, and we will investigate the claim promptly.

If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs.
